It's not as easy as you may think. scared9.gif

Each .iso and OS has it's own "story" to tell. sad.gif

Here is a thread where only working .iso's with grub4dos are listed:
http://www.boot-land.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=5041

I presume that since PE 2.x (read Vista based) .iso's do work, it is very probable that PE 3.x (read Windows7 based) .iso's may work, but I don't recall having seen a specific report of such an attempt.

This method/app:
http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=120444
can setup a Windows7 booting from USB, as well as the other apps/methods in the "Install XP from USB" thread on MSFN.
A bunch of related links is assembled on this thread:
http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=135899

Browse/search the grub4dos Forum:
http://www.boot-land.net/forums/index.php?showforum=66
to possibly find workarounds for things that cannot be booted through .iso mapping.
