When ever I run play as soon as it gets to BS Explorer 2 it gives the error

"This archive was built with a different version of ZLBArchive (v-2094635132) Extract File, %ScriptFile%, %AFolder%, %Archive%, %Target%"

Then it reports build stopped by exception. Any help would be appreciated.

Look into the script's source.

There should be something like
CODE
[EncodedFile-Files-BSExplorer.7z]
lines=75
0=N3q8ryccAAMIsu ...
...
75=ai7EwzeVf4L ...

No other lines, no missing line between 0 and 75.

If there is something else, try a new download.

If the error still exists, the file on the server is corrupted and has to be replaced by the author.

It says [EncodedFile-Files-BSExplorer.7z]
lines=74
Then a bunch or random letters.

There MUST follow (in your case of lines=74)
0=bla bla ...
up to
74= bla bla ... ... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

All numbers between 0 and 74 must be present, and all lines besides the last one must have same size.
