Before next run, in WinBuilder main interface go to Tools option in upper right corner and confirm the following settings:

Log options
[X] Save automatically - makes sure you have a log in %baseDir% when done
[X] Save log on Stop - makes sure you have a log in %baseDir% if stopped for any reason
Errors
[ ] Stop build on error - unchecked allows build to finish with errors (up to you)

A log is needed to really see what's going on when troubleshooting errors. Zip the HTML file and upload to include as attachment in your post.

Something is really going wrong here.

In your first post the error display showed that copying tahoma.ttf was not possible.
The just attached log tells us, that copying marlet.ttf is not possible.

Please check your installation. Usually it is very important that in your %SourceDir% there is a real Billy the Door's original, no nlite-d or similar.

Try in a fresh WinBuilder directory with a 'pure' source CD.

Burning a CD will not help.

The root of the issue MUST be found. And the root is inside the project, DEPENDING ON SOMETHING WE DO NOT KNOW YET

What about
