If you need a small web browser, the OffByOne may be what you looking for (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Also, from personal experience, I can recommend iScribe mailer.
http://www.memecode.com/scribe.php

Both are free and don't need installation, so minimal scripts would be pretty simple. However, scripting "all the blows and whistles" may become a serious job. That's why I just mentioned those tools.

For email I'm a Thunderbird fan; no chance to try anything else (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/diablo.gif)

If I may, Opera has got BOTH browser and e-mail client. (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

But if we are gonna play who has the smallest app (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ,
