File name: Avira AntiVir® PersonalEdition Classic for Vistape Final
Description: File name: Avira AntiVir® PersonalEdition Classic for Vistape

Description:
Requirements:
Winbuilder >=070
Source of Antivir
wget in system32 folder

Installation:
1: Place the script for example VistaPE\App\Antivir
2: you have to copy the source from "program Files" + "programData" into the destination " ......\antivir\
3: start winbuilder - navigate to the script. there you can activate "virus definition" update or not ( if activated the newest definition's will be downloaded and integrated - nothing to do)
3: ready for iso creating (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Hints:
1: I've done one entry in regestry to load automaticly avgnt.exe into taskbar. this only available in litestep. i don't know why this not start in. But it's not a Problem. i did a shortcut. (tray tools) start this manually (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
2: there are 2 services. i've configured them to start automaticly - but they don't do that. i'm not sure whats wrong. you have to manually start them: "antivir PersonalEdition Classic Guard" + "Antivir PersonalEdition Classic Planer" the planer must be startet - after starting you can start download (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
3: i updated the checkbox function. after activating a cmd file will started which search all 7 servers from antivir for new pattern+program update file. after search he set the latest available server as mainsource. all will done in winbuilder.
before you create new iso. just extract the check.cmd and change the proxy settings. add after this to encoding or to %scriptdir\antivir. if you see the message in winbuilder: Source-Check Script wird ausgeführt..... (sry i forgot to translate to english in this script. feel free to change yourself
he started the cmd an will do logging into c:\output.txt. there you can check what's going on (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) you can change log path in this cmd file.
Download file

hi (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ,

i've uploaded a new script of antivir

now there ist a batch file integrated which will check all 7 server of antivir if pattern-file will be available.
after scan it will be set one of them to main-download-source.

log file will be written to c:\output.txt.

you have to change it if you like.

the batch looks like:

set http_proxy=http://test:81

wget --spider http://dl1.avgate.net/down/vdf/ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip -o c:\output.txt
if %errorlevel%==0 set master=dl1.avgate.net

wget --spider http://dl2.avgate.net/down/vdf/ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip -a c:\output.txt
if %errorlevel%==0 set master=dl2.avgate.net

wget --spider http://dl3.avgate.net/down/vdf/ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip -a c:\output.txt
if %errorlevel%==0 set master=dl3.avgate.net

wget --spider http://dl4.avgate.net/down/vdf/ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip -a c:\output.txt
if %errorlevel%==0 set master=dl4.avgate.net

wget --spider http://dl5.avgate.net/down/vdf/ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip -a c:\output.txt
if %errorlevel%==0 set master=dl5.avgate.net

wget --spider http://dl6.avgate.net/down/vdf/ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip -a c:\output.txt
if %errorlevel%==0 set master=dl6.avgate.net

wget --spider http://dl7.avgate.net/down/vdf/ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip -a c:\output.txt
if %errorlevel%==0 set master=dl7.avgate.net

wget http://%master%/down/vdf/ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip -a c:\output.txt

It's not quite clear to me. Is this update done before building the PE or can it be used to update Antivir when it is already on the CD?

hi Med ;9

this will done before Iso creating, ONLY if checkbox "Virus Definition Update" is activated.

i've only updated this checkbox function (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

after activating the cmd will start an log into you local physical maschine (c:\output.txt)

the cmd is encoded to the script.

so all will done before iso creating. but ONLY once for virus pattern + program files

after cd starting you can start "download" too because antivir is loading into ram.

So if anybody creates a new cd it's recommendable to activate this checkbox because a full update will be done.

i start the cmd with shellexecute,hide
with shellexecute,show it don't find the file association while i configured to identify as "windows nt command script"
so you only can check the logfile

so if the message apply : Source-Check Script wird ausgeführt..... in winbuilder he ist logging into the logfile (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Hi Steelbone, thanks for this script! (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif)

Only one idea: wb also has a built in wget that has proxy support and displays the progress of the download.

http://boot-land.net/winbuilder/help/scrip...l#Network_tools

Here's a script example:
http://unattended.boot-land.net/Unattended...s_Select.script

Basically it will check if a file is available on disk and if this isn't the case then it will download the needed file.

hi nuno,

i choiced wget because there i can ask the server with parameter --spider if file is on the web available and with -o the necessary output syntax. i thought it where more comprehensive to configure like that (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

so i asked all "seven" sever for the update file and if 6 say (errorlevel=1) and the last one (errorlevel=0) then he take this server to download because there ist the source available.

my only problem was i didn't know exactly the syntax of shellexecute so i don't know how to manage

shellexecute,show,....... then he find for the cmd not de associated programm ;( but i configured this in my os.
ist there an other handle instead show? so in the moment is configured for hide. so you only see the message.
my plan was to let show the script running (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

But all it's a matter of taste. just the point at least the functionality have to be available (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

sry i did a new upload from antivir script. there was few mistakes from my side. sry ;(

first: now i've changed shellexecute from hide to open. now everybody could see what's going on.

second: i've fixed the path for the downloaded file. this is %basefile%. now extract an delete will now correct (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

sry i oversight it ;(

Yes, I agree with your perspective! (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/thumbup.gif)

In either case, here is a sample for downloading the file using wb internal commands:

CODE
[variables]
get_file=Run,%ScriptFile%,download_file

[process]
If,online,Run,%ScriptFile%,Start_Update

[Start_update]
get_file,1
get_file,2
get_file,3
get_file,4
get_file,5
get_file,6
get_file,7

[download_file]
WebGetIfNotExist,"http://dl#1.avgate.net/down/vdf/ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip","%scriptdir%"
If,ExistFile,"%scriptdir%\ivdf_fusebundle_nt_en.zip",Exit,"Antivirus updated.."

Checks if the machine is online and tries to download from each available server
