Dracula, take it easy, man (IMG:../forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) .

Do read Board Rules:
http://www.boot-land.net/forums/index.php?act=boardrules
with a particular attention to point #12.

You are of course very welcome to express your opinion about anything, AS LONG as it substantiated by either:
- an alternative, BETTER way/tutorial/howto/link
- technical facts, reports or similar documentation
- description of a repeatable test
- description of the reasoning that led you to the one-line conclusion

2) i've seen few forums on booting the USB on non supported BIOS. My question would be is there a way to make the USB HDD bootable when there is no BOOT from USB HDD option? is there any related threads to this? since the one i saw on 911cd is not what i wanted to search on.

Non support bios is not a problem under many OS linux distros.
You can boot the linux OS over cd or floppydisk, like wakepup etc.

Boot xp from USB/Firewire HD without BIOS support (Mar 15 2008)
