I was trying to create a mirror raid with two drives in WIndows 7. Ive never done it but mostly read how usefull it is to use as a backup.
I took a screenshot of the drives and wanted to know is how do we know if its working properly. When I boot I have to Option presented to me.

Choose boot option
Windows 7
Windows 7 Secondary plex

What is the plex one for. Can one boot from it.

Windows 7 Ultimate Software Raid. Does it look ok to you all. Or do those little yellow apostrophes next to the DIsk 0 and 1 trying to tell me something.
Attached Image

Am I only suppose to see one drive or should I see both drives.

Another suggestion.

If you get a notice that any Winbuilder Project will be in a Magazine review or the such. You could ask if that company could send you a copy of the magazine. If that is possible on their side.

Cant forget. It just takes lots of time to come up with ideas and how to proceed and develop things like this. Specially the LiveOS idea and how to make it look as unique as possible.

Recommendation:

Use a similar option in the Default Gui Info first page to allow the user to click and icon and replace the Winbuilder.exe and ini if need to one that works with this project. Similar to LiveXP.

Seems to have fixed the List of Recommended, COmplete Project download.
The fresh WinBuilder 078 SP3 was only allowing the download of Complete Project download.
Thanks!

Thanks, Well done.
I tried the build as default Complete Project and built fine. When booted and tried a program I had not used before I get the following error.

QUOTE
Double Commander:
Unable to open file "X:\Program Files\doublecmd\doublecmd.ini"
Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption
Press Cancel to kill the program.

Even if you select OK, nothing happens. The program is not runned.
I guess because it need to write to ini file by default. The other explorer has a similar pop up about the ini file something.
But that one launches.
