Hi all thumbup.gif ,

Does anyone have any thoughts for the forthcoming new year,
in fact how did 2008 treat you,
did you get all that you expected for christmas?

Are we going to make any new years resolutions
& which way do you think Boot-Land will go in 2009.
This year we have moved to a new server with the obvious benefits, in this I salute you Nuno the old site was getting very difficult to access!

Any hatching plans for the future of Boot-Land?

Regards & Happy New Year to all Boot-Land Members,

ispy cheers.gif

I've only got two gifts but still had a lot fun.

This year I've tricked my wife and placed her a kitchen blender under the christmas tree.

I knew in advance she would try to figure out what was inside the box as she warned me that I'd better not be thinking on giving her something for the kitchen or she'd get really angry.

To no surprise from her side, the gift in the box after being open was the above mentioned kitchen utensil.

What she wasn't expecting, was when I've pulled under the sofa a gift that had been hidden all week.

It was a nintendo wii.

------

Might sound strange to offer a game console to the wife, but for some reason a lot of women are simply nuts about wii as it allows them to do some aerobic in front of the television. It was something she had been asking me to get her for some months up to now.

Her smile made my christmas worth while.

Yes my sister was raving too about her new wii and all the sports, she can do now like golfing and skiing and...
Women are strange! idea.gif
Don't they know, that they can do sports without a TV screen and a game station? confused1.gif laugh.gif

btw. Those people, who can't do sports or play games without electronic support, all think that we, who are using computers just for stuff that can't be done without one, are the strange ones! laugh.gif
