Hi everyone,

Those who follow closely the development of WinBuilder since the early days would notice that strangely enough there hasn't been any new beta versions released for discussion over the last 4 months even thought there are certainly some bugs and feature requests that were made by many people across this period of time.

Lately my time has indeed been dedicated to a few other matters but I would nevertheless be sad to see WinBuilder getting outdated or perhaps stagnated without perspectives of continuing his evolution process.

Therefore, as solution to allow our developments to continue in good shape, Peter (PSC) has been chosen to become one of the source code developers for the next versions of WinBuilder.exe

Peter is no stranger to our community and as provided a lot of valuable help to many people across the years. His work and talent with delphi coding and script debugging are also widely known therefore I will be happy to see him giving focus to many of the things that can certainly be improved.

I will continue devoted to WinBuilder development and Peter will also surely be available to help .script developers get a much improved wb script engine.

----

So far, this team development has already brought some very good results over the last two~three weeks that will surely be quite pleasing both for users and developers in terms of bugfixes and new features that resulted in excellent improvement of speed and efficiency. Just wait for the next beta to see it in action.

This is truly a new chapter for WinBuilder history, thank you for keeping it alive!

Be well.. smile.gif

Peter, you certainly deserve this honor and are the one best suited to carry the torch forward.

Congratulations! cheers.gif

I have no idea - nightman seems out of contact for some time now.

Will send him a message to know that answer.
